Return / Refund Policy
New parts in unused condition may be returned
within 30 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.
No returns on special order - Many TMI
interior products are special order.
If you want to exchange parts for parts of 15% greater value, we
will waive the restocking fee.
Defective parts may be returned within one year for replacement
if defective or a refund if the part is no longer available. Damaged items are not eligible for our return policy. Damage claims must be made with the shipper.
If you have a defective part, we will exchange it for another part
at no cost. You must ship it to us for inspection and upon confirmation
of the defect, we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
If you need a replacement quickly, you may order a replacement and
return the defective part for inspection and confirmation. Upon
confirmation, we will refund your cost including shipping.
Shipping is based on UPS rate tables. We may ship by UPS, DHL, Fedex or US mail at our discretion.
Small items less than two lbs will probably be shipped US mail
unless ordered overnight.
Shipping is based on a one pound minimum weight. For small light orders, you may request US mail and we will try to accomodate. There will be a $3.00 to $5.00 handling charge added for the extra service.
For International Orders, shipping will be calculated after your
order is placed on our website, packaged and weighed. You will be contacted about the best shipping
arrangements. US postal service is used most often when size and weight permits. We check US mail, UPS, Fedex and DHL rates and contact you before shipping for payment.
International orders are encouraged to pay by Paypal.
Credit Card orders may be delayed due to credit card fraud.
For large or heavy items, oversize shipping charges may apply and
will be charged separately in addition to the charges calculated
by the computer.
For work you would like us to do:
Just pack it in a box, include a note with work to be done, your
name, address and phone numbers.
You can send it by US Postal Service or any Parcel or Mailbox place,
a UPS store, or by any number of shipping
companies like UPS, FedEX, or DHL.
The US Postal Service is often the best deal.
We can make special shipping arrangements upon your request.
