Most importantly, these bumpers never rust like nearly every new or rechromed bumper made today.
Bumpers are made of high grade 304 stainless steel, 1.5-2.0mm thick. 18-20% of Chromium makes regular steel into stainless steel, so the chrome is already in the steel from the inside out.
Bumpers are highly polished to a mirror finish, looking just like chrome.
Insides of the bumpers are acid etch primed and painted with ICI two part paint.
More affordable than rechroming- making them better than original.
If the bumpers get dented or scratched they can be worked back into shape and re-polished.
